Miles Hunter - founder and CEO
Miles is a graduate of the Colorado School of Mines with a Bachelors in Mining Engineering and a Masters in Business & Construction Management from Golden Gate University. Mr. Hunter has over 40 years of geotechnical engineering, special inspection and construction materials testing experience and is a registered professional engineer in Oklahoma, Nevada and California. Along with Mr. Hunter’s extensive experience in the field, he spent seven years as an Associate Professor passing on his knowledge by teaching classes on soils, structures and estimating to students within the Construction Management Technology Department of Oklahoma State University in Stillwater, Oklahoma.
Zachary Miller – Lab Manger
Zachary “Zach” Miller is our laboratory manger. Zachary is a graduate of Oklahoma State University with a B.S. in Business Administration. Prior to employment with HCGC, Zach worked for Xerox and prior to attending Oklahoma State University, served in the United States Marine Corps, leaving as a corporal sergeant. Zach has over 3 years experience in construction materials testing and special inspections and is American Concrete Institute Certified and HAZMAT certified.
Paul Mark Jones – Project Manager
Paul “Mark” Jones is our project manager. Mark is a graduate of Oklahoma State University with a B.S. in Construction Management. Prior to employment with HCGC, Mark served as the project manager and road foreman for Payne County District #3 in Payne County Oklahoma. Mark has over 25 years of experience in the construction materials testing, special inspections and project management and is certified by the American Concrete Institute, HAZMAT certified and possesses a Class A CDL and is OSHA 10 certified.
Sean Hunter – Operations Manager
Sean Hunter is our operations manager. Sean is a graduate of Modesto Junior College with an A.S. in Earth Sciences. Sean also attended the University of Nevada, Reno and studied Mining Engineering. Prior to employment with HCGC, Sean worked as the laboratory manager for EST, Inc, in Tulsa, Oklahoma. Project experience includes both the East and Westbound bridges on I-244 over the Arkansas River, Turner Turnpike widening and the Gilcrease expressway. Sean also has vast experience working with local municipalities such as the City of Tulsa and the City of Stillwater on various construction materials testing and engineering projects. Sean has over 25 years of experience
in construction materials testing, special inspections and geotechnical exploration and is certified by the American Concrete Institute and the Oklahoma Department of Transportation.
