HCGC’s pricing policy is based on the simple rule that the client should only pay for work that is done. There are no hidden report charges or project manager fees, we charge by the test or by the hour for technician time.

 

Geotechnical Engineering work is billed on a lump sum basis for investigations and reports. Consultations during construction are billed at time and materials.

 

Construction materials testing and inspection work is bid on a time and expense basis with a not to exceed limit. HCGC is willing to provide lump sum bids for construction and inspection works, provided the client can be responsible for a detailed schedule.
